Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on acquiring, developing and managing medical office buildings and outpatient facilities throughout the United States. The position involves full cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical office buildings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for monthly and quarterly close procedures
Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis
Provide accounting support to the portfolio’s asset managers
Other various accounting and analytical responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree with a major or concentration in accounting is required. Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency with strong Excel knowledge required.
