Senior Staff Engineer - Data Science

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science
• Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and building enterprise GenAI applications.
• Experience working with Foundation Models and LLM APIs.
• Strong understanding of: Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings and Vector Search Semantic Search Context Management LLM Evaluation AI Guardrails and Responsible AI Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Job Description:

1. Provide KTLO support for the current implementation.
   1. Learn and retain knowledge of business and team development processes.
   2. Collaborate with onshore team.
   3. Provide technical impact and root cause analysis on production issues.
   4. Perform Incident Management and Defect Resolution.
   5. Create regular status reporting.
2. Provide long-term enhancements towards modernization & new development efforts.
   1. Adhere to ADRs (architectural decision records), selected tooling, and deliver all new services/products in technology agreed upon and supported by engineering leadership.
      1. Design solutions.
      2. Adhere to agile delivery practices to facilitate small, quick changes and tighten feedback loops with low volatility.
      3. Create POCs if necessary.
      4. Develop high-quality code.
      5. Conduct Code reviews
      6. Deploy features using identified tools and processes.
      7. Provide detailed documentation and process flow diagrams.
      8. Write Test automation Scripts.
      9. Perform Logging and Monitoring
      10. Maintenance and support for feature and defect tracking
