Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedTemenos Transact Business Consultant with5+ years of experience in Temenos implementation projects. The candidate will act as a functional SME responsible foranalyzing business requirements, mapping them to Temenos capabilities, configuring products, and supporting end-to-end core banking implementations.

The consultant should possess strong expertise inArrangement Architecture (AA), Retail/Corporate Banking modules, and Core Banking functionalities.

Temenos consultants typically work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, configure products, and support testing and go-live activities during core banking implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting

• Leadbusiness requirement gathering workshops with bank stakeholders.
• Performgap analysis between business requirements and Temenos Transact capabilities.
• Providefunctional solution design aligned with Temenos best practices.
• PrepareFunctional Specifications (FSD), user guides or training materials  

Temenos Implementation

• Participate inend-to-end Temenos Transact implementation projects including:
  • Requirement analysis
  • Solution design
  • Product configuration
  • Data Migration support
  • Testing and UAT support
  • Go-live and post-production support.
• Configure and implementTemenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and contracts.

Core Banking Expertise

Work acrossRetail/Corporate and Core modules, including:

• AA Loans
• AA Deposits
• Accounts
• Limits & Collateral
• Lending
• Customer & Account management
• Payments / Funds Transfer
• Retail/Corporate banking product configuration

Testing & Delivery

• SupportSIT and UAT cycles.
• Work closely withtechnical consultants, developers, and integration teams.
• Providetraining to client users and business teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Act asFunctional SME for Temenos Transact.
• Communicate withbusiness users, architects, and delivery teams.
• Supportproduction issues and system stabilization post go-live.

Required Experience

• 10+/- years of experience in Core Banking implementations
• 5+ years working with Temenos Transact / T24
• Strongfunctional expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Experience working inRetail/Corporate Banking modules
• Experience inTemenos implementation or transformation programs
• Exposure toproduct configuration and parameterization
