Staff Engineer, Industrial Automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience:5.5+  years
• Strong expertise inSiemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems
• Hands-on experience withPLC Programming and System Integration, preferably Siemens TIA Portal
• Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet)
• Experience withWinCC OA scripting, Python, or similar languages
• Understanding ofIndustrial Networking, OT environments, and cybersecurity
• Experience inFAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
• Preferred domain experience inWater & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and configureWinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions
• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks
• Execute system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities
• Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues
• Prepare technical documentation including design, testing, and implementation documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and OT cybersecurity guidelines
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
