Senior Product Analyst – AI Products (m/f/d)

We are seeking aSenior Product Analyst to drive the development and delivery of innovativeAI-powered digital products. This role combines strongproduct thinking, analytical depth, and structured project execution to build scalable solutions that enhance knowledge discovery, research, and content synthesis.

You will act as thecentral coordination point between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence while aligning with strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs intoclear requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners and tech teams to shapeAI-driven product use cases
• Analyze user needs and drivedata-driven product improvements (incl. A/B testing)
• Own end-to-end delivery:planning, timelines, risks, and execution
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensureon-time, high-quality delivery
• Support development ofAI solutions, frameworks, and innovative use cases
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering to ensurealignment and clarity
• Drive stakeholder communication, remove blockers, and enablecontinuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience inProduct Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management
• Proven experience working inAgile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong hands-on experience withJira and Confluence
• Experience asScrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong understanding ofsoftware development, APIs, and data-driven applications
• Experience managingcross-functional, global projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Interest or experience inAI / Generative AI solutions
