Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do in This Role
You will perform multiple production floor and engineering activities, following established guidelines and policies, including:
- Define, update, and implementmanufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation such as:
- Process flow charts
- AMEF (PFMEA)
- Visual aids
- Work instructions (as controlled documents)
- Design and implementpoka-yokes, fixtures, and tools for assembly lines, consideringergonomics and operator safety.
- Analyzeassembly line capacity to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Define and managemanufacturing routings, providing data to be uploaded into SAP.
- Lead and supportcontinuous improvement (CI) projects, focused on KPI optimization.
- Follow up onCAPA activities, ensuring timely closure.
- Updateassembly layouts based on production changes.
- Ensure compliance withEH&S policies and procedures.
- Partner withIndirect Purchasing for quotations, expense tracking, and PO follow-ups.
- Identify and documentdesign issues, proposing and implementing improvements on the production floor.
- Participate in scheduledtraining programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience inPLC programming (basic to intermediate level):
- Allen Bradley
- Siemens
- Strong knowledge ofLean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings.
- Solid understanding ofelectrical concepts.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in production environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
