Business Operations Intern

Job Description

1. Assist with daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Update and maintain operational trackers, databases, and documentation accurately and consistently.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and ensure timely submission.
4. Identify basic operational issues and escalate them to the Operations team for further resolution.
5. Assist with operational projects and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience building dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of data structuring and reporting logic.
• Ability to present data in a clear, simple, and decision-oriented manner.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
