What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and transparent service experience.

• Greet customers, identify vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
• Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring repair needs are clearly communicated and understood.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates, including labor, parts, and warranty considerations.
• Write and manage repair orders while maintaining detailed customer records.
• Communicate inspection findings and additional repair recommendations to customers.
• Administer manufacturer warranty coverage for qualifying repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process, including timelines, costs, and service updates.
• Promote maintenance programs, service specials, and preventative maintenance recommendations.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• 1+ years of automotive industry experience or mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced service drive.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance services.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
