Manager, Europe Finance, Hearing

Are you ready to help shape financial performance management across Europe? We are looking for a Manager, Europe Finance who will play a central role in planning, forecasting, reporting and business partnering providing insights that support profound decisions and regional performance.

As our new Manager, Europe Finance in the Europe Finance team, you will manage and develop financial planning and performance management processes across the European region, working closely with regional leadership, local finance teams, and Global FP&A.

The team you will be part of:
You will join the Europe Finance organisation, which supports the Hearing business across the region through financial planning, analysis, reporting and decision support. The team works closely with local markets and regional leaders to provide transparent performance insights and enable value-focused decisions.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Manage the regional planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring consistent, timely and relevant inputs across Europe
• Develop and continuously improve the enterprise performance management framework, including relevant financial and non-financial value drivers and KPIs
• Deliver effective management reporting and regular performance insights in collaboration with the Global FP&A team
• Track performance against key targets and provide analysis to the Regional Management team, General Managers and Local Finance Managers
• Support business case development by assessing financial viability, strategic fit and potential outcomes
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Head of Europe Finance and collaborate with the Europe Management team on cross-regional initiatives

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring experience within financial planning and analysis, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Have experience in finance and are comfortable coordinating work across stakeholders, teams and local markets
• Bring solid financial analysis skills, business interest and a desire for translating data into actionable insights
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally in English, work well with others while maintaining attention to details and delivery focus
• Thrive in a changeable environment with solid organisational transformation activities and consider yourself resilient and able to get ahead and move things forward
