1.ควบคุมระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคาร

2.ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน

3.บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง

4.รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ และดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการทำงาน

5.ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ  ตลอดเวลา

6.ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า

7.ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อความปลอดภัยของอาคาร

8.จดบันทึกการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

9.จดบันทึกค่าน้ำหล่อเย็นและอุณหภูมิของระบบปรับอากาศตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

10.ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคารอื่น ๆ เช่น พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย  พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด  เพื่อให้การบริการ การซ่อมแซม เป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว

11.จัดเตรียมระบบไฟฟ้า, โทรศัพท์สำหรับการออกบู๊ท (ถ้ามี)

12.เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับกรณีฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ตลอดเวลา  

13.จดมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าทุกเดือนและจดมิเตอร์น้ำทุกเดือน

14.แยกใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าโทรศัพท์ในประเทศ และโทรศัพท์ต่างประเทศพร้อมจัดส่งให้แต่ละบริษัท

และ/หรือสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามบริบทของหน่วยงาน
