Job Description

1. S1 全廠 DL同仁教育訓練規劃與管理
- 規劃與執行 S1 全廠 DL同仁教育訓練課程，包含新人訓練、在職訓練及複訓。
- 維護教育訓練制度、教材及訓練系統，確保訓練品質與成效。
- 負責教育訓練相關內外部稽核應對作業，並能以英語進行溝通與應對能力。
2. 全廠組織活動競賽推動與管理
- 規劃並執行 DL 技能競賽、TCS／WE 改善活動、7S 及十項全能競賽等活動。
- 負責活動推廣、資料整理、成果追蹤及報告製作。
3. 跨部門協作
- 與製造、生產及相關部門合作推動教育訓練與改善活動。
- 協助各項專案執行及主管交辦事項。
