Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Ensure a strong talent pipeline and robust talent initiatives to attract, retain and develop talents to be future leaders within the Business Groups. • This includes end to end management of succession management, MDR process, drive the Graduate Trainee and Rotation Programs and communicate/market the program to internal stakeholders, create and implement Individual Development Plans.• Oversee and ensure implementation of learning and talent management practices.
