As a Payroll Analyst, you'll work closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to deliver exceptional payroll services while helping modernize and improve the way payroll operates.Â
Your MissionÂ
Deliver accurate and compliant payroll services across assigned EMEA countries while partnering with internal stakeholders and payroll vendors to drive operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Â
What Your Week Might Look LikeÂ
Validating payroll inputs and outputs with external payroll providersÂ
Resolving employee payroll queries and investigating discrepanciesÂ
Partnering with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting teams Â
Supporting payroll governance meetings and vendor reviewsÂ
Identifying opportunities for payroll process improvement and automationÂ
Assessing the impact of policy and regulatory changes on payroll operationsÂ

Manage payroll activities for assigned EMEA countriesÂ
Validate payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and complianceÂ
Act as a key liaison between BMS and outsourced payroll vendorsÂ
Support employee payroll inquiries through the ticketing systemÂ
Monitor payroll controls, reconciliations, and reporting activitiesÂ
Drive payroll process improvements, standardization, and efficienciesÂ
Support payroll-related projects, acquisitions, and system enhancementsÂ

Your BackgroundÂ
Experience supporting payroll operations in at least two EMEA countriesÂ
Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, and payroll accountingÂ
Experience working with outsourced payroll providersÂ
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll dataÂ
Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP Celergo/Global View, SAP, Service Now or similarÂ
Shared Services or global business services experience preferredÂ
Fluent English required; an additional European language is highly valuedÂ

Compensation Overview:
Warsaw - PL: zł151,560 - zł183,701
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
