Full Time 40 hr/week role | $1200 to $1500 per month | PST Hours

Role

Our client is looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to support sub account owners, answer questions, guide customers on calls, and keep users satisfied. You must be an expert in GHL, comfortable on camera, and able to communicate clearly with students.

Goals and KPIs

• Communicate effectively with sub account owners

• Reduce complaints and maintain low churn

• Deliver timely support and clear answers

Top Hard Skills

• GoHighLevel expertise (Automations, Marketing Campaigns, Integrations etc.)

• Certifications in Go High Level are a plus.

• Skool familiarity is preferred

Top Soft Skills

• Must be a proactive problem solver (Required)

• Strong communication and comfortable speaking on camera

• Timely responses

• Professional client interaction

Top Tasks

• Host support calls for students

• Assist users with their GoHighLevel sub accounts

• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers

• Help maintain a smooth student experience

Communication

• Respond within 5 to 10 minutes in Slack during working hours

• 9am to 5pm PST
