Role
We’re seeking a dependable and articulate Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at handling phone-based communication and general organizational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with the business owner and must be comfortable taking initiative, juggling multiple priorities, and managing tasks with little oversight. This is a client-facing role, and strong communication skills are essential.

Bonus: Located in or near Ensenada, Puerto Escondido, or Mérida, Mexico (not required buthighly preferred for potential in-person collaboration)

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer inbound calls from clients and leads professionally and promptly

    • Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication

    • Coordinate appointments, reminders, and calendar management

    • Assist with basic administrative and organizational support tasks

    • Make calls to negotiate with outside vendors as needed

    • Provide daily updates and maintain consistent communication with the business owner

    • Handle light client onboarding or follow-up tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • C1/C2 level spoken and written English — must be clear and easy to understand

    • Past experience making both inbound and outbound calls is required

    • Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management

    • Able to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone and in writing

    • Comfortable using basic business tools (Google Workspace, calendars, task trackers, etc.)

    • Bonus: Located in or near Ensenada, Puerto Escondido, or Mérida, Mexico (not required but highly preferred for potential in-person collaboration)

    Remote — Preference for candidates in or near Ensenada, Puerto Escondido, or Mérida, Mexico

    Availability
    Full-Time — 40 hrs/week, U.S. business hours
