Are you looking to grow your career in Marketing? Do you want to join a dynamic team with a proven track record of internal growth and career advancement opportunities? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Brand Manager (6 Month Contract) to join our Marketing team, based in Southbank.Â
This is a 6 month contract position
The Company

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead brand NPDs including idea generation, preparation of business plans, P&L management, go to market planning for both AU and NZ, and post launch audits Â
Work collaboratively with Senior Brand Manager and Category Development to develop strategy development including one and three-year planÂ
Lead portfolio packaging renovation projects from briefing to validation, implementation and changeover managementÂ
Develop and implement above the line and below the line activities for new product launches, including media campaigns, POS, and consumer promotion plans for assigned category portfolioÂ
Develop impactful and breakthrough campaign creatives that resonate with the audience across ANZÂ
Liaise with agencies to develop & execute marketing & advertising campaignsÂ
Monitor brand performance and develop consumer insights through research tools and reportingÂ
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and manage monthly A&P spendÂ
Communication and coordination across cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations and Management Â
Perform assigned tasks by all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.Â

What you'll bring:
Strong project management experience on NPD, renovation and advertisingÂ
Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven decision making (IRI or Nielsen preferred) Â
Exceptional stakeholder management to lead cross-functional teams while also managing expectationsÂ
Problem solver who can think outside the box, with resiliency to bounce back from setbacksÂ
Striving for excellence in a high-paced working environmentÂ
- A number of years experience in the Marketing Field preferably in FMCG
