About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join Munters and contribute to turning customer needs into sustainable, energy-efficient Munters solutions. This is part of the General Sales job family and is designed for someone who can delivers assigned work packages, analysis, customer input, or technical documentation while applies broad theoretical knowledge with guidance from experienced colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer, territory, or market activities in line with sales targets and Munters priorities.
- Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and translate Munters value propositions into relevant commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, service, and operations teams to align solutions, pricing, delivery expectations, and customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, customer, and opportunity information in relevant business systems.
- Represent Munters professionally in customer meetings, negotiations, site discussions, and internal reviews.
- Contribute market, customer, competitor, and application insights to support business planning and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Customer and commercial orientation with the ability to understand technical solutions and business value.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, documentation, and follow-up.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, service, supply chain, and finance.
- Education typically aligned with: University degree, Specialized schooling.
- Relevant experience typically: 2+ years
