Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experiencedCPM – Project Manager (HVAC) with a strong background inChiller Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible forend-to-end management of large-scale HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and successful delivery of chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadcomplete project management (CPM) of HVAC projects with a focus onChiller Plant systems
• Overseeinstallation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of chiller plants
• Manageproject planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Drive coordination withclients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence toquality standards, safety norms, and technical specifications
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead and mentorproject teams, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure timelyproject delivery, billing milestones, and cost control
• Driveclient satisfaction and smooth project closure

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience inHVAC industry (Chiller Plant mandatory)
• Strong expertise inproject execution and management of chiller plant projects
• Hands-on experience ininstallation, testing, and commissioning
• Proven ability to managelarge-scale and critical infrastructure projects
• Strongleadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellentclient handling and coordination abilities

Preferred:

• Experience inData Center / Industrial / Large Commercial HVAC projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
