Mulesoft Operations Technical lead

Key Responsibilities: -

• Monitor MuleSoft runtime (Cloud Hub/on-prem/RTF) and ensure optimal performance and runtime.
• Manage Deployments using CI/CD tools (Ex: Jenkins, GITLAB, MAVEN)
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of MuleSoft API's and integrations.
• Implement and maintain logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions. (Eg. Splunk, ELK, Cloud watch, Any point Monitoring)
• Maintain and support API policies, client ID/secret configuration and access management in API manager.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as log rotation, memory and thread tuning, data cleanup and server restarts.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues related with code, runtime performance and configuration/repointing.
• Provide 24/5 support for critical production issues. (On-call support may be required over weekend)
• Apply patches, upgrades, and security update to mule runtime and related infrastructure.
• Generate and analyse performance/Audit reports, logs and metrics to improve API efficiency and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in MuleSoft platform operation/Support.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Runtime (On-prem/Cloud Hub/RTF).
• Experience with Any point Platform components: Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Monitoring.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix commands, Scripting (Shell/python and log analysis)
• Familiarity with Devops tools like Jenkins, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.
• Experience with log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK stack, or Any point Monitoring.
• Understanding of HTTP, REST, SOAP, and API Security (OAuth2, Basic Auth).
• Knowledge of JVM tuning, thread management and Memory Analysis in Java based applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect/Integration Architect.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Handling Production Outages, failovers, and Disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, change, problem management)
