• Liaise with investment managers and auditors for day-to-day operational issues.
• Participate in various system improvement initiatives.
• Prepare or co-ordinate all client financial reporting deliverables and associated reports as required.
• Work with internal teams, to ensure all internal and external deliverables are met.
• Assist in developing and improving financial reporting processes.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, vendors and audit firms.
• Develop an understanding of the financial reporting environment.
• Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with operational procedures and controls and all relevant checklists are completed.
• Keep up to date with and apply applicable regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statement pro forma, roll forwards, workings and drafts.
• Respond to various stakeholder queries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting, mathematics or related fields.
• Ideally studying towards a relevant professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CFA.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a financial reporting role
