This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime andmaintain safety standards.Â

Primary Responsibilities:Â
Troubleshoot andmaintain relay logic circuits, starters, motors, electrical metering devices, and electrical measuringdevicesÂ
Fabricates and installs metallic and non-metallic conduit, buss duct, and wireracewayÂ
Design and build various controlpanelsÂ
DrawschematicsÂ
Lubricates electricalmotorsÂ
Use multi-meters, leggers, amp probes, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electrical/electronic test equipment in the performance of theirdutiesÂ
Troubleshoot and repair various electronic components asneededÂ
Repair circuit boards and electronic components asneededÂ
Troubleshoot and repair programmable controllers, NC, CNC, radio-controlled devised and DNC machine tools andequipmentÂ
Contain and clean upjobsitesÂ
Adapt new methods and procedures asrequiredÂ
Assist other skilled classifications asneededÂ
Perform predictive maintenancechecksÂ
Operate production and non-production equipment and machine tools asrequired in the performance of theirdutiesÂ
Perform preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, andadjustmentsÂ
Participate inadditional training related toworkÂ
Operate material handling equipment, cranes, hoists, and man lifts, as instructed in the Plant Safety Rules and according to OSHAstandardsÂ
Maintain equipment and working area in a clean and orderlymannerÂ
Perform all duties with the highest standard of productivity andqualityÂ
Meet allstandards for safety, production, andquality Â

Work is scheduled Monday through Saturday. Shifts are 8 hours with multiple shifts.  Employees MUST be flexible and maybe required to change shifts. Â
