Der Bereich "Steuerung und Logistik" am Standort Amstetten sucht im Rahmen der Nachfolgeregelung einen Sachbearbeiter Order Management (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und vertriebsrelevanten Stammdaten (z. B. Materialstammdaten, Kundenmaterialinfo und Konditionen)

• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen für Neuprojekte und Serienaufträge

• Erstellung und Abwicklung der Rechnungsstellung für Musterteile, Betriebsmittel und Serienlieferungen

• Dokumentation und Weitergabe von Kundenreklamationen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche

• Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung sowie Angebotserstellung

• Überwachung der Auftragsbestätigungen zugesagter Liefertermine

• Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit den Kunden und dem Bereich Steuerung/Disposition

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Order Management, Vertriebsinnendienst oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion ist von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
