Outpatients department - 37.5 hours

The role

We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients departmentPutting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.

Our department is busy and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. Where you’ll be based

Blakelands Hospital located in Milton Keynes opened in 2006 and is a purpose built day case unit that provides convenient, effective and high quality treatment for patients who are medically insured, self-paying and funded by the NHS. Equipped with an onsite Imaging Department offering X-Ray, Ultrasound and MRI and a dedicated Physiotherapy Unit complete with rehabilitation gym, the Treatment Centre is perfectly designed for orthopaedic care.

What you’ll bring with you

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care [please delete if not applicable]
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer services skills
• Be a highly motivated individual
• Enjoy working in constantly and rapidly changing environments
• Great communication skills
• Flexible approach to your duties and your hours
