**What You’ll Do**

As a Growth intern at Mosaic, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind how we reach, convert, and retain users. You’ll work closely with the CEO on GTM strategies, leading efforts on UGC and social strategy on the Consumer side to outbound and pipeline generation on the Enterprise side.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for someone who has good viral

* Previous startup experience
* Experience across multiple marketing channels — paid, content, community, and partnerships
* The ability to define metric-based goals and make data-driven decisions to reach them
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills
* The ability to move quickly, learn fast, and operate independently
