- Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data for Ireland, the UK and Bermuda, liaising with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Administer a range of payroll-related activities, including pension administration, benefit deductions, salary changes, and employee payroll queries.
- Maintain and update employee records on our HR system, ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports.
- Monitor and respond to queries received through the HR Operations inbox, escalating issues where required and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the Group HR Team, including drafting letters, preparing documentation, references and responding to ad hoc requests.
- Support the delivery of an effective onboarding process for new joiners, coordinating documentation, inductions, and employee communications.
- Coordinate learning and development activities, including training administration, scheduling, logistics management, and communication with participants.
- Provide administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle when needed, such as advertising, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as and when needed.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team, proactively assisting with the delivery of the Group HR agenda and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A positive and proactive individual with a strong customer focus.
- A willingness to learn and support a broad range of HR activities.
- Minimum of 3 years’ in a HR support role, ideally with exposure to payroll and benefits administration.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a reputation for meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data and record management.
- Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced MS Office skills desirable, particularly in Excel.
