Partnerships Manager

As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and driving revenue growth through effective partnership strategies. You will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new partnership opportunities and managing existing partnerships to ensure mutual success. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth and expand our business network 
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with our business objectives and target markets 
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and promote our products and services 
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, including regular communication and performance tracking 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments 
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with user acquisition planning.  
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure. 
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus 
  • Previous experience managing subscription services, digital content partners, or subscription-based business models is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the digital subscriptions ecosystem (e.g., streaming, music, gaming, fitness, e-learning, or other digital content services) will be considered a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of success in partnership development and management 
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital brands, OTTs, Marketing practices and strategies
  • Degree in Marketing Management and/or Digital Communication
