What you’ll doÂ
Assess loan applications by completing financial and credit analysis, preparing documentation and making lending decisions within delegated authoritiesÂ
Help customers and partners (by phone or email) understand their options, solve issues and access the right financial solutionsÂ
Support Alliance partners by adjudicating credit applications and troubleshooting lending‑related concernsÂ
Execute outbound activities, including arrears collection and proactive follow‑upsÂ
Document all interactions accurately in FCC systemsÂ
Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Customer Service CentreÂ
What you’ll bring to the teamÂ
Required qualifications:Â
A diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics or commerceÂ
At least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or lending environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Â
Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze credit riskÂ
Exceptional customer service skills, especially in phone‑based interactionsÂ
Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a fast‑moving environmentÂ
Proficiency with computer systems, financial tools and learning new technologiesÂ
 Preferred qualifications: Â
Experience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysisÂ
Familiarity with lending legislation, loan security or mortgage processesÂ
Knowledge of FCC products, Alliance programs or credit adjudicationÂ
Previous work in a call centre or high‑volume customer environmentÂ
Strong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines)Â
