Driver (Per-Diem)

We are seeking a Van Driver, who will be responsible for driving our residents to doctor's appointments, local events and shopping.  Reporting to the Director of Programming, this position assumes the responsibility to engage residents to participate in activities and programs in Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care.  If you have a clean driving record, transferable skills working with Seniors, we will provide training!

Schedule: Per-Diem

Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Responsibilities and Duties

• Keeps residents engaged between planned social activities.
• Drive to and from medical appointments, local events and shopping trips

High school diploma or higher education preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to drive the community vehicle for resident outings

Physical Abilities

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
