About the team:
The Campus Operations Logistics Waste & Recycle team is essential in maintaining a safe and sustainable Home Office Campus. This team drives zero-waste and sustainability efforts by managing waste and recycling operations efficiently. Members focus on continuous improvements, coordinating activities to meet business goals and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. Their work supports effective facility maintenance and property management while ensuring compliance with safety standards. By promoting operational excellence and responsible practices, the team helps maintain a well-managed campus aligned with Walmart’s commitment to environmental stewardship and efficient resource use.
What you'll do:

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors, flooring, and structural components.
Manage and coordinate projects by organizing resources, monitoring progress, mitigating delays, and adhering to budgets.
Relocate and remodel office layouts by assembling, moving, and setting up furniture and fixtures for work orders and special events.
Inspect completed projects to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Collaborate with electricians and technicians to complete remodeling and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Lead and support teams by providing guidance, feedback, and coordinating work assignments to meet quality and timeline goals.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in facility repair and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems.
Strong knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures and safety compliance standards.
Ability to coordinate and manage projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
Skilled in relocating and remodeling office layouts, preparing fixtures, and inspecting completed work for quality.
Effective collaboration with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely project completion.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining safe work environments through risk assessments and safety training.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
