Senior Lead Full Stack Cloud SW Developer, Technician Experience Platform Development

Join ourDigital Services, SW organization in Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland, where we build and operate platforms and solutions acrossIoT Platform, Digital Services, Analytics Platform, and theTechnician Experience Platform.We work in a hybrid model so there’s possibility to work remotely couple of days a week.

In this role, you will build cloud-native digital services and user experiences that empower technicians in the field—enabling smoother workflows, reliable experiences, and efficient service operations. The ideal profile is afull stack developer with strongweb + backend engineering skills, and interest or experience inmobile development, whereKotlin knowledge (especially on backend) is an advantage and can support growth into mobile development over time.

What you’ll do

·      Design, develop, and maintainend-to-end digital services for the Technician Experience Platform

·      Build scalableweb applications using modern frontend frameworks and best practices

·      Develop and evolvebackend services and APIs integrating with connected services and enterprise systems

·      Design and implementRESTful APIs and service integrations with a production-grade mindset

·      Contribute to cloud architecture and ensure solutions aresecure, scalable, efficient, and reliable

·      Work withCI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable releases

·      Collaborate across product, UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver impactful solutions

What we’re looking for

·      Strong hands-on experience as aFull Stack Developer (web + backend)

·      Frontend experience withReact / Angular / Next.js

·      Strong skills inTypeScript / JavaScript, HTML, CSS

·      Backend development experience (e.g.,Node.js or similar technologies) and solid understanding of API design

·      Experience withdatabase systems (SQL/NoSQL)

·      Experience withCI/CD pipelines, preferably usingGitHub (e.g., GitHub Actions)

·      Experience withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and production workloads

·      Understanding ofsecure coding and responsive design

·      Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English

Nice to have

·      Android development experience (native Android, Kotlin, or related mobile exposure)

·      Kotlin knowledge, especially for backend development, with willingness to grow into mobile development

·      Experience withcloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud), withGoogle Cloud considered a plus

·      Exposure to cloud-native services and architectures
