We are currently looking for anindependent and proactive Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage thefull-cycle recruitment process, including hiring for fast-growing industries such asŠ”onstruction, Real estate, Marketing,Š”rypto, Web3, and tech.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess bothsoft and hard skills.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process ā from the first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably inIT, digital, or startup environments.
- Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients.
- Interest inConstruction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries.
- Experience inrecruitment agencies will be a plus.
- Fixed salary + bonus for each successfully closed position.
