About the role

We’re looking for friendly, confidentEvent Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest at The Jazz Room.

As part of the event team, you’ll be the welcoming face of The Jazz Room — greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the event.

What you’ll do 🧑‍💼

• Welcome and assist guests

• Check tickets and provide information

• Help manage the flow of visitors

• Support the event team with set-up and pack-down

• Help resolve any questions or issues during the event

• Make sure guests feel welcome and have a great experience

• Calm and proactive in a busy environment

• Available to work evenings and weekends

Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
