The Role

At Anantara Bazaruto, the Front Office is not a desk—it’s theheartbeat of the guest journey.

We are searching for amaster storyteller—someone who transforms arrivals into moments, interactions into memories, and stays into stories worth retelling.

You are a seasoned Front Office professional with a luxury background, but more importantly, anatural host. You understand that true luxury lies inpersonal connection, anticipation, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliverexceptional, personalised guest experiences
  • Ensure seamlessarrival, stay, and departure journeys
  • Embed and upholdluxury service standards in a relaxed, barefoot environment
  • Train and coach the team onstorytelling, emotional connection, and service excellence
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests withconfidence and creativity
  • Drive a culture ofownership, pride, and accountability
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure afully integrated guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Front Office leadership experience inluxury hospitality
  • Strong understanding offront office systems, standards, and operations
  • Anatural storyteller and communicator
  • Passion forguest experience and personal service
  • Confident, charismatic, and emotionally intelligent leader
  • Experience in remote or resort environments is an advantage
  • Ability to act as atrue brand ambassador
