We are looking for an experiencedPrincipal – Mining Digital Transformation to lead strategic programs and digital transformation initiatives for clients in theMining industry.

The candidate will work closely with business and technology leaders to define transformation strategies, develop business cases and roadmaps, establish KPIs, and ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scaleMining digital transformation programs and projects.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate business, technology, and global teams.
  • Work withCXO and senior stakeholders to define business goals, roadmaps, and KPIs.
  • Develop business cases and transformation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improveMining Operations and operational efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives involvingDigital Twin, IoT, AI, Analytics, and Predictive Modeling.
  • Develop and executeData Strategy and KPI frameworks.
  • TrackValue Realization, ROI, and business outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
  • LeadAgile transformation and change management activities.
  • Provide consulting and strategic advisory support to mining clients.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed development and technology teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives.
