Senior QA Engineer (Manual - RMS/WMS)

We are seeking aSenior QA Engineer (Manual – RMS/WMS) to join our growing team in Vietnam. In this role, you'll be embedded in a cross-functional team focused on mission-criticalRetail Management Systems (RMS) andWarehouse Management Systems (WMS). You’ll be responsible for test planning and execution, validating integrations, and ensuring accurate and reliable system behavior — especially in data-heavy workflows that support inventory and logistics.

Your strong SQL skills and understanding of retail operations will be key to navigating complex data structures and backend processes to ensure business-critical applications perform flawlessly.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual QA, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong domain knowledge inRetail Management Systems (RMS) and/orWarehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in SQL — able to write complex queries and validate datasets across relational databases.
• Understanding ofretail or supply chain operations, including stock control, fulfilment, order processing, and inventory movement.
• Experience in validatingintegration points between systems, including data flows and business logic.
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such asJIRA,Confluence,TestRail, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and executing detailedmanual test cases for RMS and WMS applications.
• Performingdata validation using SQL across integrated backend systems.
• Verifying integration points and data flows between systems (e.g., OMS, SAP, ERP).
• Reviewing requirements withProduct Owners andBusiness Analysts to define testing strategies.
• Logging defects with clear documentation and following through to resolution.
• Participating insmoke,regression, andrelease validation testing.
• Contributing to test documentation, reports, and process improvements.
• Understanding and testing real-worldretail workflows such as stocktake, replenishment, and fulfilment.

Compensation

• The maximum monthly gross salary for this position is 70 million VND. Final offers will be based on experience and alignment with the role's requirements
