Position: Full-Time |Location: North Carolina (Remote) |Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking aLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, remote therapeutic services. In this full-time role, you will be providing therapy to clients through telehealth platforms while helping them make lasting changes in their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Offer therapy to individuals and families via video conferencing.
• Assess client needs and create customized treatment strategies.
• Build therapeutic relationships to foster long-term healing.
• Document client sessions and progress notes securely.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
