Join Milpark Education's School of Commerce
Milpark Education is expanding its network of subject matter experts to support the development and quality assurance of teaching and learning material across a range of Human Resource Management modules. We are seeking experienced legal academics and practitioners to contribute as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators and Critical Readers on a contract basis. Successful candidates will collaborate with our curriculum and instructional design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Capital Management, Labour Relations, Organisational Development, or a closely related field
- Proven industry experience in human resource management, talent management, organisational development, labour relations, performance management, or people analytics
- Experience in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into accessible learning material
- Ability to work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team, and meet structured development timelines
- Available for contract-based work (remote)
