The Global Demand Center (GDC) is leading marketing transformation at Microsoft. In the GDC, we lead digital-first sales motions, customer engagement marketing at scale, campaigns to celebrate launches, events to strengthen customer connection and product understanding, plus relationship marketing designed to onboard, and deepen brand love. All the while we are building a rich understanding of the propensity of accounts to purchase, supporting sellers with signals for better account planning and opportunity generation. Using advanced analytics, marketing automation, and digital marketing, we are on a mission to drive market share, consumption, and consistent double-digit+ revenue growth. Working globally across segments, products, and audiences, the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager who will lead our high-priority marketing campaign telling the end-to-end Microsoft Security story, illustrating the value of our cybersecurity solutions to our customers and the broader industry. This role will be attractive to those who enjoy content strategy and building integrated customer experiences in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will need to earn influence across multiple levels of the organization to create compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition for Microsoft Security. We are seeking a marketing professional with demonstrated success leading integrated marketing programs, building content strategy, and driving results. Candidates will need communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders across all levels and functions in the organization.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, content strategy, content marketing, product marketing or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience influencing peers or senior stakeholders outside of your team.
- 2+ years of experience interpreting data to inform strategy and execution.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience hiring, briefing, and working with agency partners toward successful completion of projects, experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.

- Develops end-to-end integrated marketing for Microsoft Security, including the customer journey across digital marketing channels.
- Develops content strategy based on business objectives, audience needs and stages of the customer journey.
- Identifies content gaps and opportunities and oversees development of digital content Manages content budget and oversees internal/external agency execution of dcontent development.
- Supports quarterly and fiscal year priorities and planning by ientifying investment opportunities and areas of growth to bring focus to our marketing execution Partners with the Brand team and Product Marketing teams on the Security narrative and overall story.
- Collaborates with Product Marketing teams to understand market dynamics, business opportunities, product roadmaps, and disclosure plans.
- Maps relevant Security messaging to marketing plays and launches across Microsoft Security Partners with Analytics teams to support Integrated Marketing reviews, deeply understands performance and insights.
- Shares and evangelizes marketing plans, gathering feedback based on research and learnings.
- Supports new Product Marketing initiatives, determining appropriate levels and methods of support and necessary reprioritization of resources through a v-team.
