The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more. Under GPS the Go-To-Market team mission is to develop the strategy and marketing approach for how we build, nurture, and engage the partner ecosystem to drive tech acceleration and customer outcomes.
TheLATAM Director Partner Marketing Leader will lead theLATAM GTM organization covering partner solution area strategy andmarketingexecution in the geography. This includes connecting Core and area GPS teams to find synergies and maximize partner programs execution, pushing partner co sell growth and revenue partner impact.
Act as a Director Partner Marketing for LATAM and represent the region in the overall GPS Americasorganization, exploring synergies with regional CMO, Area GPS, Regional and area GPS teams and Segment to land and execute integrated Solution Area through landing and delivering Solution Area GTM plan in the market.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 7+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years people management experience in marketing and or saleswitha record of accomplishment of successfully leading and developingareaorregional teams.
- Fluent in Spanish
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Fluent in Portuguese
Partner Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $264,000 per year.

- 8+ years of experience working with partner ecosystem,demonstrating the ability toprovide valuable business and marketing/sales guidance.
- Demonstartedtrack record of securing partner commitment and driving mutual success.
- Technology Proficiency
- Execution or Managementproficiency inAzure, Modern Work, Security and Azure technology platforms and solutions.
Regional Leadership Experience
- Demonstrated experience in regional partner marketing management or a similar leadership role within the technology industry.
- Demonstarted trated ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies, drive partner engagement, and achieve businessobjectives.
