Â
- Lead the digital transformation discussion with AI across the Dynamics 365 portfolio
- Meet and exceed Business Applications revenue and account quota targets by generating qualified pipeline, landing solution value, and formalizing customer agreements.
- Engage and build CxO/BDM relationships via proactive delivery of the One Microsoft narrative, customer-centric presentations, competitive differentiation, & solution envisioning.
- Initiate and orchestrate partner co-sell, Customer Success Plan development, and business value + technical proof requirements.
- Drive customer solution and licensing agreement maximizing account revenue growth while ensuring customer value realization.
- Actively participate in Community Calls or related skill development activities to receive guidance and provide feedback, best practice sharing with peers
- Be a disciplined operator and orchestrator. Lead and recognize different engagement / orchestration discipline for AE and non-AE mapped accounts. Do not commit AE coverage to non-AE accounts
Required Qualifications
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential.

- Sales Execution
- Engages in conversation with customers aligned to their industry and collaborates with account and partner team to drive and qualify new opportunities and build pipeline. Identifies customer business and technology readiness, proactively builds external stakeholders' mapping, implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals, contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, coaches junior team members in deal plan execution, and implements close plans.​

- Collaborates with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identifies new partners, develops joint proposals with partners, and contributes to developing partner strategies.
- Technical Expertise
- Leverages and shares competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal. Leads conversations and sets up events within Microsoft, mentors others and develops strategies for best practice sharing, initiates conversations with prospective customers/partners at events, acts as a subject matter expert in one or more solution area(s).
- Collaborates with the 'compete' SMEs internally to analyze competitor products, solutions, and/or services and implement strategies. ​
- Delivers Results Through Teamwork- Drives the execution of projects, partners and collaborates with other teams on related deliverables, and leverages others in relevant work streams.​
- 40% of your time will be spent with customers identifying and surfacing new engagements that align with the customer’s business strategy. You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, targeted account lists to identify and engage prioritized customers.Â
- 40% of your time will be spent on being the key technical leader, trusted advisor and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
- Own winning the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making.Â
- Lead presentations, demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions & architecture design sessions to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics, and how we can make their businesses more successful.
- 20% of your time will be spent on influencing the Microsoft Dynamics platform go to market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter, as well as investing in your own skills to remain top of your game.
