About the Role

We are looking for aSalesforce Developer to help us continuously improve and evolve our Salesforce environment.

You will work closely with ourSalesforce team, with a main focus on designing, building, and improving technical solutions on the platform.

We valuecuriosity, fast thinking, and a hands-on mindset. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you should be motivated to learn, willing to try new things, and comfortable finding smart and pragmatic solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with the Salesforce ecosystem, including the latest trends, developments, and platform updates.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Work closely with theSalesforce team to translate requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Continuously improve existing functionality based on user feedback, technical insights, and changing business needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate withEngineering, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and other teams to ensure Salesforce integrates smoothly into our wider ecosystem.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and identify opportunities where they can bring real value to our users and business.
• Contribute togood development practices, code quality, and the long-term maintainability of our Salesforce environment.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience withApex and Lightning Web Components, as well as Salesforce'sdeclarative capabilities.
• Good understanding of theSalesforce data model, platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience withSOQL and REST APIs.
• Comfortableanalysing technical problems, breaking them down and finding pragmatic solutions.
• You are able totake ownership of a development task and drive it forward, while knowing when to ask questions or involve others.
• You arecurious and eager to learn. When you encounter something you haven't done before, your first instinct is to understand it and give it a try.
• You enjoychallenging existing solutions and looking for simpler, smarter or more efficient approaches.
• Youcommunicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent in English.
