At DuPont, we are working on the innovations that help the world thrive. As our FS&RE Facilities Services Specialist, you will play a central role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners at our Geneva site.
This is a highly visible role where you will serve as the local face of Facilities Services & Real Estate, ensuring our workplace operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will partner with employees, vendors, and leadership teams to deliver outstanding workplace services while driving continuous improvement across facilities operations.

What You'll Do
Create an Exceptional Workplace Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace and office services in Geneva.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and productive office environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate office supplies, kitchen services, catering, and workplace amenities.
- Support meeting rooms, workplace events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Help foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
Manage Facilities Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day facility services and support operational excellence.
- Partner with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor workplace needs and proactively resolve facility-related issues.
- Support maintenance activities and workplace improvement projects.
Drive Administrative & Financial Excellence
- Create purchase requisitions and manage procurement-related activities.
- Support invoice processing, purchase order management, and expense tracking.
- Assist with budget monitoring and operational expenditure reporting.
- Maintain vendor agreements and service documentation.
Coordinate Vendors & Service Providers
You will work closely with a range of external partners, including:
- Cleaning and maintenance providers
- Catering and hospitality services
- Coffee and vending suppliers
- Mail, courier, and archive management providers
- Facility maintenance contractors
- Corporate card administration partners
Support Security & Employee Onboarding
- Manage access badges and site access administration.
- Coordinate visitor registration processes.
- Support employee onboarding activities related to workplace access.
- Maintain security records and ensure compliance with site procedures.
Enable Workplace Communication & Digital Services
- Prepare and distribute workplace communications.
- Maintain local SharePoint content and employee resources.
- Support digital workplace tools, document management, and communication channels.
- Ensure employees have easy access to workplace information and services.
Champion Health, Safety & Compliance
- Support implementation of FS&RE and EHS standards.
- Participate in emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives.
- Assist with site inspections and compliance activities.
- Help maintain a safe and secure working environment for everyone on site.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship, business administration diploma, facility management qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, workplace services, facilities coordination, executive support, or a related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or international business environment.
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or invoice processing processes is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
