Responsibilities:
- Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process equipment
- Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment
- Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers
- Compile and update process data, and specifications.
- Use real time database to monitor/input data and track performance of equipment and production activities to requirements of assigned equipment
Requirements:
- Technical Degree with 1+ years of industry experience or 5+ years of industry experience in Semiconductor Fab production and/or R&D environment
- Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., and Lithography processing equipment
- Reasonable analytical skills
- Reasonable problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Moderate oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable work with and around hazardous materials
- Experience interfacing with members of various departments
- Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocol
- Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills
- Reasonable computer skills
- Good attention to detail.
