Meta's global energy portfolio is growing at an unprecedented pace. Every power purchase agreement, every interconnection milestone, every commercial operation date — the work between "contract signed" and "electrons delivered" — runs through Energy Asset Management. This role leads that entire program.
As the Manager of Energy Asset Management, you will lead a team of 16 portfolio managers responsible for the full post-execution lifecycle of Meta's energy contracts worldwide. You are the single point of accountability for ensuring that every signed deal is onboarded, tracked, supported through development, brought to COD, and maintained in compliance for the life of the contract. You will build and refine the operational systems that make this possible at global scale.

- Developing a full understanding of portfolio state, team capabilities, and operational gaps. Clear plan for workflow improvements and team structure optimization.
- Measurable improvement in onboarding cycle time, milestone tracking accuracy, and compliance coverage. Team operating with clear SLAs and escalation paths.
- Scalable operational infrastructure in place that absorbs portfolio growth without proportional headcount growth.
- Team developed with clear path forward, clear direction and vision and reduced single points of failure. Leadership has real-time confidence in portfolio health.
