About The Client:

About The Job:
- Provide engineering, operational and project support for the global Microsoft Messaging platform, including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, email security, archiving and migration activities.
- Support BAU operations, incident resolution, platform maintenance and strategic migration projects. Derived from the Messaging Technical Lead and Engineer profiles
- Support and administer Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot mail flow, routing and delivery issues.
- Manage email security technologies including Proofpoint, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Support mailbox migrations, tenant consolidations and Exchange modernisation activities.
- Maintain email retention, archiving and compliance configurations.
- Support incidents, problem management and root cause analysis activities.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for operational tasks.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Support M365 messaging integrations with Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
