Location: Indore (On-site)

Salary: ₹6–9 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilledMERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience inReact Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications usingMongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Build and maintainmobile applications using React Native

• Design and consumeRESTful APIs

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience inMERN Stack development

• Strong experience withReact Native

• Proficiency inJavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience withMongoDB / MySQL

• Knowledge ofGit / Version Control

• Understanding ofauthentication, authorization, and data security

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure is a plus)

Good to Have

• Experience withRedux / Zustand

• Familiarity withDocker / CI-CD pipelines

• Exposure toAgile/Scrum methodologies
