Zelta is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and execute product marketing for our clinical trials platform. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will own product messaging, sales enablement and customer marketing, ensuring our capabilities are clearly differentiated and effectively communicated to the market.
How you will contribute:Â
Product MessagingÂ
Develop clear, compelling value propositions based on product positioningÂ
Translate complex clinical research capabilities into customer-centric messagingÂ
Maintain consistent product messaging across marketing and sales channelsÂ
Product LaunchesÂ
Partner with Product Management to own the marketing planning, coordination, and execution of launches aligned to the product roadmapÂ
Develop marketing and sales collateral to support go-to-market plans for new features and solutionsÂ
Sales EnablementÂ
Create tools and assets to support the sales process (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers)Â
Train sales teams on product messaging and positioningÂ
Partner with sales to refine messaging based on market feedbackÂ
Market & Customer InsightsÂ
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a current view of how Zelta’s CDMS platform functionality compares to competing solutionsÂ
Gather customer insights on product usage to refine positioning and messagingÂ
Create repositories of product usage data, testimonials, and customer feedback, including key stats and quotes to be leveraged in marketing and sales materialsÂ
Analyst RelationsÂ
Coordinate all analyst activities and upcoming industry reportsÂ
Develop materials for analyst briefings, in partnership with Product and Marketing LeadÂ
Customer and Partner MarketingÂ
Partner with Marketing Lead to develop a program for customer and partner marketing (outlining options for co-marketing and project plans)Â
Own coordination and assist in content development (i.e., case studies) for customer and partner marketing projectsÂ
Coordinate and oversee customer presentations for our annual user conferenceÂ
Communications and PR SupportÂ
Develop an editorial calendar for press releases and newsroom posts related to product releases and customer usage, in partnership with Marketing Lead and communications teamÂ
Partner with Marketing Lead to develop press releases and newsroom postsÂ
Marketing Campaign Execution SupportÂ
Help maintain content calendars and campaign timelines, and support execution across email, social, and web channelsÂ
Support ad hoc reporting to help maintain visibility into campaign and overall marketing performanceÂ

What you will bring Â
4+ years of product marketing or related experience (B2B SaaS or health tech preferred)Â
Experience partnering with Product and Sales teamsÂ
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives across different formats (e.g. case studies, product one-pagers, landing pages, etc.)Â
Experience supporting product launches and overseeing a product roadmap scheduleÂ
Ability to standardize processes and oversee execution across multiple workstreamsÂ

EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree is required. Graduate degree (MBA or similar) preferred.Â

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
