Job Overview

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking aGerman-Speaking Client Solutions Executive to join our dynamic B2B sales team in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who excels at building relationships, understanding client challenges, and delivering tailored solutions that create measurable business impact.

As a Client Solutions Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth within the German-speaking market. You will manage the full sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities and engaging decision-makers to presenting solutions, closing deals, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with new B2B opportunities across German-speaking markets, building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop strategic outreach initiatives using phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital channels to connect with key business decision-makers.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and business requirements, positioning tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted commercial partner throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, solution presentations, negotiations, closing, and account development.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations aligned with client needs and commercial goals.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and strengthen sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline activity, client interactions, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Participate in sales training, strategy sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and maximise commercial success.
  • Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be engaging directly with German-speaking clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Strong sales experience and approach is required and obligatory — preferably in B2B services, key account management, business development, and prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities. Please note that customer service experience alone and all-around customer service backgrounds are not relevant for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from initial prospecting through to deal closure, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage C-level and senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms, with strong organisational skills and an analytical, data-driven approach to business development.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international sales team in a hybrid working environment based in Kraków, Poland.
