Your Role
As a Swedish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through various communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-centric attitude will help maintain strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
- Stay current with company products, policies, and support procedures.
- Participate in continuous training and contribute to process improvements.
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
