Your Role

As a Swedish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through various communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-centric attitude will help maintain strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently.
• Stay current with company products, policies, and support procedures.
• Participate in continuous training and contribute to process improvements.

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
