Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Stay informed about products, policies, and updates to better assist customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service quality.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
